National President
Senator Tonya P. Anderson was elected to the Georgia Senate in 2016, representing the 43rd District. Born in 1969, she is an ordained minister and a retired United States Air Force Reserve veteran with 21 years of service. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Alabama State University and a Master of Divinity from Luther Rice College & Seminary. Her political career includes service as a City Councilmember and Mayor of Lithonia, and as a Georgia State Representative. As National President of NOBEL Women, she focuses on expanding the organization's influence in federal policy and empowering the next generation of Black women leaders.

2nd Vice President
Senator Natalie Murdock represents District 20 (Durham and Chatham counties) in the North Carolina Senate. Sworn in 2020, she became the first Black woman under 40 to serve in the chamber. A Durham native and UNC-Chapel Hill alumna, she previously served as Deputy Director of Communications for the NC Department of Justice. Her legislative priorities include Black maternal health, equitable transportation, and environmental justice. She brings strategic communication and policy expertise to her leadership role in NOBEL Women.
Recording Secretary
Representative Rosalyn D. Henderson-Myers represents District 31 in the South Carolina House. A seasoned attorney and former judge, she holds a J.D. from Tulane University. She has served as a District Court Judge in Alabama and a Senior Trial Attorney. In the legislature, she is known for her work on the Judiciary Committee and as Secretary of the SC Legislative Black Caucus. She was named a USA Today Woman of the Year in 2024 for her tireless advocacy for women and families.

Representative Annie E. McDaniel represents District 41 in South Carolina. An accountant by profession, she brings fiscal discipline and a passion for rural development to the State House. She serves as the 1st Vice Chair of the House Operations and Management Committee and is the Incoming Chair of the South Carolina Legislative Black Caucus. She actively works on issues related to agriculture, natural resources, and improving educational outcomes in rural districts.
Treasurer
Representative Felicia Robinson represents District 104 in the Florida House. A lifelong educator with over 25 years of experience as a math teacher and vice principal, she brings an educator's perspective to policy. She previously served as Vice Mayor of Miami Gardens. Her legislative focus includes educational equity, mental health services, and economic development for small businesses. She holds an Ed.S. in Educational Leadership from Barry University.

Chaplain
Representative Jamila Woods represents District 26 in the Maryland House of Delegates. She is a pastor, social worker, and the founder of Gabriel's Lyric Therapeutic Services. A direct descendant of Harriet Tubman's family, she carries a legacy of fighting for freedom and equity. She chairs the Juvenile Law Subcommittee and serves as Secretary of the Legislative Black Caucus of Maryland. Her work focuses on child welfare, mental health, and criminal justice reform.
