Representative Rosalyn D. Henderson-Myers represents District 31 in the South Carolina House. A seasoned attorney and former judge, she holds a J.D. from Tulane University. She has served as a District Court Judge in Alabama and a Senior Trial Attorney. In the legislature, she is known for her work on the Judiciary Committee and as Secretary of the SC Legislative Black Caucus. She was named a USA Today Woman of the Year in 2024 for her tireless advocacy for women and families.
