This archive displays the official policy resolutions adopted by the members of NOBEL Women. These documents represent the consensus of over 385 Black women legislators and define our collective legislative agenda. Crafted through rigorous dialogue—and often developed in partnership with our strategic sponsors and community allies—these resolutions address the most critical issues facing our constituents. They stand as our commitment to driving systemic change and serve as the foundation for our advocacy work in state capitols and Washington, D.C.
