The Power of Policy
The NOBEL Women Annual Legislative Conference (ALC) is the premier gathering of Black women legislators, policy experts, and corporate partners. Each year, we convene to craft our legislative agenda, share best practices, and build the coalitions necessary to drive federal and state policy.
