Representative Sheila Stubbs represents the 78th Assembly District in Wisconsin, making history as the first African American engaged to represent Dane County. A specially trained probation and parole agent and former special education teacher, she has deep expertise in criminal justice and education. She Co-Chairs the Assembly Speaker's Task Force on Racial Disparities and has authored numerous bills on criminal justice reform and human trafficking prevention.
