We stand today 223 Black Women strong, as an organization shaping and revolutionizing a new generation of leaders in statehouses, congress, courtrooms, school boards and board rooms across this great nation. Our success is built on the strength of our mothers before us, upon the shoulders of the precious few that pioneered the way.

We, the Nobel/Women continue to build through this Institute, a legacy of leadership, providing a forum –– an open door, an opportunity to prepare Black women to serve and excel in public service and to take a seat at the table in the corporate and board hierarchies.”
